三塘湖输油管道大落差地区的水击保护

  • 摘要: 大落差输油管道由于高差产生巨大的静水压力,因此,在设计中确保其在高承压下安全、平稳运行至关重要。结合三塘湖原油外输管道设计,采用离线仿真软件SPS建立三塘湖原油外输管道模型,进行稳态、瞬态模拟,并根据不同输送工况参数,采取设置减压站、变壁厚设计、站场安装泄压阀和压力调节阀、SCADA系统的水击超前保护程序等措施,制定预先保护方案,从而实现管道安全、平稳运行。

     

    Abstract: Due to the enormous hydrostatic pressure from height difference, it is essential to ensure safe and steady running for large-fall oil transportation pipelines under high pressure. In accordance with the design of the Santanghu Crude Oil Transportation Pipeline, offline simulation software SPS is used to build a model for the Santanghu Crude Oil Transportation Pipeline so as to conduct steady-state and transient simulation. In addition, pressure reducing station set-up, variable wall thickness design, pressure relief valve and pressure regulating valve installation in the station, water hammer lead protection program of SCADA system and other measures are adopted and lead protection programs are developed according to different transportation parameters to achieve safe and steady operation of the pipeline.
