Viscosity reduction technology and applications in Sudan No.6 Block

  • 摘要: 苏丹六区块生产的高粘度原油需输送至730 km之外的喀土穆炼厂进行处理,为了确保长输管道安全运行并满足油田生产外输量大幅增加的需求,根据原油性质和生产实际,应用使稠油烃类发生分解、异构化、芳构化、氢转移、叠合、烃化等多种反应的裂解法降粘工艺,使稠油降粘起到良好效果。现场应用结果表明,该项降粘技术能够明显改变高粘度原油的流动性,增强管道的原油输送能力,是一种值得推广的稠油降粘技术。

     

    Abstract: Highly waxy crude oil produced in Sudan No.6 Block needs to be delivered to Khartoum Refinery 730 km away for processing. To ensure safe operation of long-distance pipeline and meet the substantial increase of oilfield output, the technology of viscosity reduction by cracking which can make decomposition, isomerization, aromatization, hydrogen transfer, superimposition, alkylation and other reactions of heavy oil hydrocarbon is combined with the method of mixing light oil according to crude properties and actual production, thus ensuring a high effect in the reduction of viscosity. Site application results show that viscosity reduction can significantly change flowability of highly waxy crude oil to enhance the crude oil transportation capacity of the pipeline, being worth promotion.
