Abstract:
Comparative analysis is conducted on the requirements and regulations for the distance from buried oil and gas pipelines to high-voltage overhead power lines referring to relevant regulations and technical standards at home and abroad. It covers the standards for design, construction, inspection and operation of power lines and those for design and corrosion control, fire prevention and AC interference protection of buried oil and gas pipelines. Domestic standards include DL/T 5092-1999, GB 50061-97, DL/T 741-2001, GB 50389-2006, GB 50253-2003, GB 50251-2003, GB/T 21447-2008, GB/T 50698-2011 and so on, and foreign standards include CAN/CSA-C22.3 NO.6-M91, AS/NZS 4853:2000 and No. 3 standard recommended by the German Association of Corrosion Problems. Countermeasures and suggestions are proposed based on the problems in current standards and codes.
