管道阴极保护系统断路报警装置的研发与应用

Research and development of break alarm device and its application in pipeline cathodic protection system

  • 摘要: 为了确保输油设施的安全,研制了一种全自动阴极保护系统无线断路报警装置。结合PS-1恒电位仪、报警信号提取电路、无线电通讯及自动控制技术,详细介绍了该装置各模块的功能和工作原理,利用阳极输出电压的变化,通过无线遥控装置发射和接收信号,判断盗割行为是否发生。报警装置在实验期间未出现误报、虚报现象,报警准确率达100%。现场测试结果表明:该装置能够有效保护输油设施,取得了预期效果。

     

    Abstract: In order to ensure the safety of oil transportation facilities, a fully automatic wireless break alarm device for cathodic protection system is developed. On the basis of PS-1 potentiostat, alarm signal extraction circuit, radio communications and automatic control technology, functions and working principles of modules in the device are described. This device transmits and receives signals by a wireless remote control device using changes of anode output voltage to determine whether theft occurs. During the experiment, the alarm device reaches a 100% alarm accuracy without false alarms. Field test results show that the device can effectively protect oil facilities and achieve expected results.
