多相流管道不同过盈量清管器清管模拟实验

Pigging simulation experiment on pigs with different shrink range for multiphase flow pipeline

  • 摘要: 在长距离气液管道清管过程中,磨损可能导致清管器密封盘直径小于管道内径。为了研究不同直径清管器的清管特点,使用2个不同直径的直板清管器,在透明有机玻璃管实验环路中进行空气-水两相流管道清管模拟实验。结果表明:当清管器直径大于管道内径时,管内介质流动可以分为4个区,清管器运动速度不断波动,平均速度与气液混合速度接近。当清管器直径小于管道内径时,清管器前后均为气液两相,清管器运动受液相影响较大,平均速度波动大且小于气液混合速度。检测并计算了清管液塞头的速度与清管液塞的长度,计算值与检测结果吻合较好。

     

    Abstract: In the pigging process of long-distance gas-liquid pipelines, seal disc diameter of pig may be less than the internal diameter of the pipeline due to abrasion. To research pigging process characteristics of pigs with different pigging diameters, 2 straight pigs with different diameters are used to conduct the air-water two-phase flow pipeline pigging simulation experiment in the transparent plexiglass tube experiment loop. The results show that medium flow in the pipeline could be divided into 4 zones, pig speed continuously changes and average speed is closed to the gas-liquid mixing speed when the pig diameter is greater than the internal diameter of the pipeline. When the pig diameter is less than the internal diameter of the pipeline, and gas-liquid two-phase media are in the upstream and downstream of the pig, pig movement suffers from a larger impact from the liquid phase media and the average speed fluctuates greatly and is lower than the gas-liquid mixing speed. The speeds and lengths of pigging liquid plugs are detected and calculated, showing the better consistency between the calculated values and detected results.
