陡坡溜管施工在西二线管道工程中的应用

Technique of steep slope pipe-slipping construction in the 2nd West-to-East Gas Pipeline Project

  • 摘要: 溜管施工工艺主要包括降坡开挖、主管道预制与管端处理、防腐层保护、溜管施工、坡顶连头。阐述了各工艺的施工技术要求,介绍了施工的质量要求与安全保证措施,提出建议:管沟开挖前进行坡比试验,管沟开挖后及时测量管沟深度和坡度,并制定切实可行的交叉作业安全措施。该方法已成功应用于西气东输二线部分管段的施工,可为大口径长输管道工程陡坡段施工提供参考。

     

    Abstract: The main process for the pipe-slipping construction method is as main pipe prefabrication and pipe end preparation, anticorrosion layer protection, pipe slipping construction, pipe connection on the slope top. This paper describes construction technology requirements, introduces quality requirements and safety protection measures for steep-slope pipe-slipping construction, and puts forward the following recommendations, including slope ratio experiments before trench excavation, measuring the depth of the trench and slope in a timely manner after beginning to excavate the trench, and determining practical safety measures for cross-operation. This method has been successfully applied in Bid Section 13B, 15B of eastern section in the 2nd West-to-East Gas Pipeline Project, and can be a reference for steep slope section construction for large-diameter long-distance pipelines.
