Pipe-slipping installation technology applied to the construction of mountain pipeline

  • 摘要: 山区陡坡地段一直是油气管道施工的难点。详细介绍了滑管式管道施工技术的原理和工艺流程,并以图解的形式重点说明了管段与牵引装置的连结方法以及顺直管沟管段下滑就位、水平弯管沟管段下滑就位过程。通过分析总结该技术在西气东输二线工程中的应用表明,该技术能够解决山区陡坡地段管道施工的难点,缩短施工工期,降低施工成本,并取得良好的经济效益和社会效益。

     

    Abstract: Pipeline installation in mountain's steep slope has always been a difficult construction process. This paper introduces the principles and process flow of pipe-slipping installation technology, and highlights the connection method between pipe section and traction device and inplace process of slipping down along the pipe sections of straight pipe trench and of horizontal bending pipe trench in illustration way. The results from analysis and overview on the technology application in the 2nd West-to-East Gas Pipeline Project show that this technology can override the barriers in front of the pipeline installation at steep slope in mountain, shortening the construction period and lowering construction costs, thus achieving good economic and social benefits.
