The implementation flow process of integrity management for urban gas networks

  • 摘要: 基于国内城市燃气管道的特点,根据ASME B31.8S-2001推荐的闭环系统完整性管理流程,指出国内城市燃气管网完整性管理应以建立、健全相关规范、标准、程序为基础,进行基础资料及数据的积累整理,运用现代化技术手段建立先进的信息管理系统,同时加强适用于城市燃气管网系统风险评价模型和方法的开发。据此提出了运行城市燃气管道完整性管理流程,其中包含3个实施关键点:建立管道信息数据库,实现管网数据动态管理;识别高后果区域,开展完整性评价;根据评价结果制定有效的响应措施。研究内容对城市燃气管网开展完整性管理具有一定的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: Based on the characteristics of unban gas pipelines in China and according to the integrity management flow process of the closed-loop system recommended by ASME B31.8S-2001, this paper points out that the integrity management of urban gas pipeline networks in China should, based on the establishment and improvement of standards, specification and procedures, carry out basic information and data accumulation and collation, and establish advanced information management system with modern technology means, and at the same time strengthen the development of risk assessment models and methods applicable for urban gas pipeline networks system. Therefore, it proposes the flow process for the integrity management of urban gas pipelines, which contains three key implementation points, including establishing a pipeline information database to achieve the dynamic data management of the pipeline network, identifying high consequence areas to carry out integrity evaluation and developing an effective response measure according to the evaluation results. The research results will be of certain guiding significance in the integrity management of urban gas pipeline networks.
