物联网技术在管道完整性管理中的应用

The application of Internet of Things technology in the integrity management of pipeline

  • 摘要: 为准确分析管道运行中存在的风险因素、风险活动,评价管道的安全状况,需采用物联网技术建立管道完整性管理的信息技术平台。管道物联网通过传感器连接管道与附属设施,建立数据的整合体系,进行数据的综合分析与利用,基于业务需求开发数据的智能化应用平台,实现对管道运营各个环节的优化管理。介绍了基于物联网技术的管道完整性管理在数据采集、远程监测以及物资管理等领域的应用,结果表明:采用物联网技术不仅可实现管道完整性管理的可视化、数字化的目标,而且能最大限度地降低时间和空间危险因素,确保管道安全和平稳运行。

     

    Abstract: To accurately analyze risk factors, risk activities existing in the pipeline and evaluate safety situation of the pipelines, it is required to use Internet of Things technology to establish an information technology platform for the integrity management of pipelines. This technology establishes the data integration system to carry out comprehensive analysis and use of the data and develops the intelligent application platform for the data based on business needs through connecting the pipeline and ancillary facilities with sensors, so that it achieves the optimal management of all links of pipeline operation. This paper introduces the application of Internet of Things technology-based pipeline integrity management in data acquisition, remote monitoring, and materials management and other fields, and the results show that the use of Internet of Things technology can not only achieve the goal of visualization and digitization of pipeline integrity management, but also minimize the time and space risk factors, to ensure safe and smooth operation of the pipelines.
