复合聚氨酯海底保温管道试制

Prefabrication of composite polyurethane seabed insulation pipeline

  • 摘要: 聚氨酯复合涂层体系由具有特殊性能的聚氨酯与不同类型的空心微球复合而成,同时具有保温和防护功能,可分为有机空心聚合物复合聚氨酯涂层(PSPU)和无机空心玻璃微珠复合聚氨酯涂层(GSPU)。通过对原材料、浇注设备、成型模具、浇注工艺进行研究,确定了复合聚氨酯保温管道的试制工艺流程,掌握了预制过程中的核心参数,并首次在国内成功预制出复合聚氨酯保温管道。管体材料取样检测及产品性能初步检测结果均已达到技术要求,后期将开展整体管道的性能评测,以尽快推广复合聚氨酯海底保温管道在国内工程的应用。

     

    Abstract: Polyurethane composite coating system is composed of combined polyurethane with special features and various hollow microspheres.With thermal insulation and protection functions, it can be divided into the organic hollow polymer composite polyurethane coating (PSPU) and inorganic hollow glass microsphere composite polyurethane coating (GSPU). Through research on raw materials, casting equipment, moulding and casting process, the prefabrication process of composite polyurethane insulation pipeline is determined, core parameters in the prefabrication are mastered and the composite polyurethane insulation pipeline is successfully prefabricated for the first time in China.Results of pipe materials sample testing and preliminary tests of product performance have reached technical requirements. Performance evaluation of the overall pipeline will be carried out in the later stage to applications of the composite polyurethane submarine insulation pipeline in domestic projects as soon as possible.
