  • 摘要: 通径检测器是管道内检测必不可少的工具之一。介绍了油气管道通径检测器的相关原理和作用,以及国内外通径检测器技术的发展状况和最新研究进展。对通径检测器进行了具体的分类,对比介绍了国外各大公司通径检测器的性能特点,提出了通径检测器的发展前景和技术难点。通径检测器未来的发展方向是高精度和多功能化,而通径检测器的速度控制、检测精度、可靠性以及后期数据处理与分析是通径检测器技术的关键所在,可为我国通径检测器技术的发展提供部分参考。

     

    Abstract: Calibre detector is one of the essential tools for detection in the pipeline. Relevant principles and functions of calibre detectors for oil and gas pipeline are described, development status and recent research progress in calibre detector technology at home and abroad are summarized in detail, and calibre detectors are specifically classified, performance characteristics of calibre detectors manufactured by major foreign companies are compared and described, and finally prospects for development and technical difficulties of drift detectors are proposed. The future development direction of calibre detectors are towards high precision and multifunction, while the speed control, detection accuracy, reliability as well as post data processing and analysis are the key to calicre detectors, which can provide some reference to the development of China's calibre detector technology.
