输气管道压缩机防喘振系统的运行管理

Operation and management of anti-surge system of compressor in gas pipeline

  • 摘要: 以西气东输一线某压气站压缩机组为例,介绍了天然气长输管道压缩机的防喘振原理、防喘振系统的组成及防喘振曲线的确定方法,并对新建压气站的防喘阀安装调试,防喘振系统常见故障分析处理,压缩机启停机、管道工况变化时运行人员应注意的事项等运行管理问题进行了探讨,为防喘振系统在天然气长输管道压缩机中的应用提供了有借鉴意义的经验。

     

    Abstract: Take one of compressor set in the 1st West-to-East Gas Pipeline, this article describes the anti-surge principle, constitution of antisurgesystem and determination method for anti-surge curve for the compressor used in gas pipeline. Technical items for the newly-builtcompressor station involved in operation and management about installation and test of anti-surge valve, analysis and disposal for commonfailure of anti-surge system, start-up and shut-down of compressor and the issues about changing running conditions to be noticed foroperators are discussed. It is considered that the research results can be used as a base for the application of anti-surge system in compressorset in gas pipeline.
