工艺灭火措施在储油罐火灾扑救中的应用

Application of technology extinguishing methods in fire fighting of oil tank

  • 摘要: 工艺灭火措施是扑救油罐火灾的有效方法。详细介绍了关阀断料、开阀导流、搅拌灭火、填充物料、系统置换、排除积水、筑堤导流7项工艺灭火措施的工作原理和适用范围,提出了这些措施在应用过程中需要注意的事项,分析了工艺灭火措施运用不当引起的严重后果。通过采用简单、有效的工艺灭火措施,成功扑救了大连石油储备罐区内输油管道爆炸起火引发的火灾,避免了巨大的经济损失。

     

    Abstract: Technology extinguishing method is an effective method for the fire fighting of oil tank. Working principle and application scope of 7technology extinguishing methods such as valve closing for feeding break, valve opening for diversion, stirring for extinguishing, materialfilling, system replacement, discharge of accumulated water, embankment diversion and so on are described in detail, precautions of thesemethods in the application process are proposed and serious consequences caused by improper application of the technology extinguishingmethods are analyzed. The fire caused by oil pipeline explosion in the Dalian Oil Tankfarm is successfully put out by simple and effectivetechnology extinguishing methods, huge economic loss is avoid.
