Abstract:
Through establishing a natural gas pipeline failure tree, taking the pipeline failure as a top event and using the qualitative analysis of failuretree, the risk identification on the skeleton gathering pipeline networks in Sulige Gasfield is made. Results show that major factors in pipe failure include third party damage, natural disasters, improper operations, material defects, etc. Based on actual management and operationsof the skeleton gathering pipeline networks, 7 control measures are proposed, namely complete pipeline identification, regular patrol, proper guarding of cross operation, digital management, proper protection advocacy of natural gas pipeline, prevention of natural disasters, strengthening cathodic protection and regular pigging. To further improve safe operation level of the pipeline networks, suggestions areproposed from the improvement of the management system, implementation of pipeline corrosion detection, emergency support, increase oftie-line for optimization of gathering process, improvement of pigs and other aspects.
