Comparison and selection of 3LPE field coating material for welded joints of pipeline

  • 摘要: 为给3LPE管道补口材料的选取提供参考,结合伊拉克艾哈代布油田地面工程建设项目3LPE管道补口采用热收缩带、液态改性环氧类涂料和冷缠带的工程应用,采用参数比较、成本分析和现场开挖检查等手段,从材料性能、材料成本、操作工效、施工特点及实际使用效果等方面对3种补口材料进行比较,并对不同应用环境和使用性能要求下,3LPE管道补口材料的选择进行分析。结果表明:热收缩带和冷缠带虽然满足标准要求,但工序较复杂且与阴保系统兼容性较差,其应用存在局限性。而改性环氧涂料强度高,施工方便,现场应用效果良好,可根据项目实际选择应用。

     

    Abstract: In order to provide references to the selection of 3LPE field coating material for welded joints of pipeline, three kinds of joint coatingmaterials are compared through parameter comparison, cost analysis and site excavation inspection and other means from the materialproperties, material costs, operating efficiency, construction characteristics, actual use effects and other aspects in accordance withapplications of heat shrinkable belt, liquid modified epoxy coating and cold-tangled belt for 3LPE field coating material for weldedjoints in Iraq Ahdab Oilfield surface engineering construction project, and selection for the coating materials under different applicationenvironments and usage performance requirements. The results show that although the heat shrinkable belt and cold-tangled belt can meetstandard requirements, the process is more complicated and compatibility of cathodic protection systems is poorer and there are applicationlimitations. With high strength, construction convenience and good site application effects, the modified epoxy coating can be selected inaccordance with actual project conditions.
