老油田油气处理站简并重组技术及其应用

Application of restructuring technology in oil and gas processing station in old oilfield

  • 摘要: 老油田地面油气处理系统工艺落后、运行效率低且能耗高,直接影响开发效能。介绍了岔河集油田的分布状况、处理能力、运行效率及设施老化程度等,结合其二次开发对油气处理的需要,对各处理站的功能进行整体简并重组:优选出HB-L1型低温破乳剂,使压力沉降脱水温度下降7 ℃;通过改进沉降罐内部结构,常压沉降脱水后原油平均含水率小于0.5%,符合外输标准;站内自动化监控系统得到完善和升级。简并重组改造前后的测试对比结果表明:该站系统效率提高10%,能耗降低15%,消减了操作人员数量,提高了生产安全性。

     

    Abstract: Surface oil/gas processing system used in old oilfield directly limits itself development due to backward technology, low operating efficiency and high energy consumption. In the paper, distribution, processing capacity, operating efficiency and aging degree of facilities in Chaheji Oilfield are described and overall restructuring on the functions of processing stations are carried out based on requirements of secondary development for oil/gas processing, that is, HB -L1 low-temperature demulsifier is optimized, which decrease the pressure settlement dehydration temperature by 7 ℃; average crude oil moisture content after settlement dehydration is less than 0.5% through improving internal structure of settling tank, which meets transport standard; automatic monitoring system in the station is improved and upgraded.Test and comparison results before and after the restructuring show that the station system efficiency is improved by 10% and energy consumption is reduced by 15% to reduce the number of operating personnel to improve production safety.
