Abstract:
In view of the environmental pollution problems caused by volatilization of H
2S-bearing crude gasoline and crude gas oil stored in theintermediate tankfarm of Oil Storage and Transportation Department of Jinling Branch Company, the "liquid absorption" method developed by Fushun Petrochemical Research Institute is used to effectively absorb sulfur and hydrocarbon-bearing tail gas discharged from immediate tank. The frozen crude gas oil is taken as poor absorption oil to absorb hydrocarbon components in the tail gas and then 30% lye gravity reactor is used to absorb sulfur-bearing substances, so that tail gas emissions reach the standard. Relevant improvement measures are proposed through analysis of system pressure, absorbent temperature, lye concentration and other problems in the operation. Improved device works stably and has the better absorption effects for continuous tail gas.
