一种新型管道柔性重防腐材料的研发与应用

Development and application of new flexible heavy anticorrosive material of pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对国内重防腐大修材料在结构和性能上的缺陷,从主体聚合物、增粘树脂、填料选择、配比及成型工艺等方面进行研究,自行研制开发了一种柔性重防腐材料,并对该材料在国内某管道首站出站口进行补口修复现场试验。结果表明:该材料表现出聚合物的粘弹特性,在承受外力冲击后,粘弹体能够恢复其原有厚度,材料自身冷流特性可确保其紧密贴合于钢管表面。该材料开挖检测后的漏点、对钢和聚乙烯(PE)的剥离强度均符合BS EN 12068、ISO 21809-3和DIN 30672技术要求,且对钢管表面处理要求较低,安装工艺简单,可广泛用于管道补口修复。

     

    Abstract: In view of deficiencies of domestic heavy anti-corrosion overhaul materials in the structure and performance, a flexible heavy anti-corrosion material is developed independently through the research from the main polymer, tackifying resin, fillers choice, proportioning, molding process and other aspects, and a field test of mending repair application is carried out for the material at the outlet of initial station for a domestic pipeline. The results show that the material shows viscoelastic properties of the polymer, the viscoelastic body can restore its original thickness after external shocks and cold flow properties of the material can ensure tight connection with the steel pipe surface. Leak points and peel strength on steel and polyethylene (PE) of the material after the excavation test are in line with the technical requirements specified in BS EN 12068, ISO21809-3 and DIN30672. In addition, the material has the low requirements for steel pipe surface preparation and simple installation process. It can be widely used for joint coating repair of pipeline.
