大型压气站工艺设备安装质量控制

Installation quality controls for process equipment of large-scope compressor station

  • 摘要: 结合西气东输工程实际,从工艺设备区的质量控制入手,分析了大型压气站建设的重点和难点,包括汇管组对和焊接安装、分离器区域质量控制及30度弯头组对质量控制。重点介绍了汇管直管段切割、汇管焊缝预热和收缩、汇管清洁以及分离器找正与找平的要求和方法,为大型压气站的施工提供了宝贵的经验。

     

    Abstract: Combined with the installation practice of compressors in West-to-East Gas Pipeline, starting from the quality control of process equipment area, the key points and difficultiesin construction of large-scope compressor stations are analyzed, including manifold line-up and welding, and quality control in separator area and quality control of 30° elbow line-up. This paper mainly presents the requirements and methods in cutting of straight sections of manifold and pre-heating/contraction of manifold seams, manifold cleaning, separator alignment and leveling, providing valuable experience to the construction of large-scope compressor station.
