加剂BZ28-2S混合原油的析蜡特征与流变性

Wax precipitation characteristics and rheological property of BZ28-2S mixed crude oil with additives

  • 摘要: 实验评价了BZ28-2S混合原油加剂前后的析蜡特性、流变特性与粘温特性,结果表明:BZ28-2S混合原油对SW3流动改进剂具有良好的感受性,扩大了管道输送的安全温度范围。在高温段(35~65 ℃)混合原油加剂前后的粘温曲线基本重合,均表现为牛顿流体;在低温段(15~30 ℃),混合原油表现为非牛顿流体,此时,在同一温度下,加剂后混合原油的表观粘度和反常点显著降低,低温流动性得到明显改善。此外,通过添加流动改进剂,混合原油的静屈服值大大降低,提高了海底管道停输再启动的安全性。
