强渗水大型河流管道开挖穿越降水系统的构建

Establishment of drainage system for pipeline open crossing intensive seepage large-scale river

  • 摘要: 在强渗水大型河流管道大开挖穿越施工中,降水控水是确保安全顺利施工的关键。以水源地沙河大开挖穿越工程为例,科学、合理地构建了一种改进的降水系统,其主要由发电系统、电气控制系统、水泵组系统及附件系统组成。发电系统采用冗余硬件配置,利用N模冗余系统模型构建,提高了降水系统的可靠度;电气控制系统中的自耦降压启动方式,可以通过分阶段启动降低电机的启动电压,进而减小启动电流;水泵组系统及附件系统可以有效辅助大型深水位的降水。该降水系统应用于西气东输二线水源地沙河大开挖穿越工程,取得了良好的降水效果,可为其他大型类似工程降水系统的构建提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In construction of pipeline open crossing intensive seepage large-scale river, the drainage/water control is critical to successful construction. Taking the Shuiyuandi Sand River pipeline open crossing as an example, this paper establishes a kind of improved drainage system in a scientific and proper way, which is mainly composed of a power generating system, electric control system, water pump unit system and auxiliary system.The power generating system adopts redundant hardware configuration, established with redundant system model of N model, so as to improve the reliability of the drainage system; and the self-coupled and step-down starter in the electrical system can start the starting voltage of step-down motor in stage, and thus reduces the starting current; the water pump unit and auxiliary system can effectively assist the drainage at deep water level.Such a drainage system has been applied in open crossing Shuiyuandi Sand River in the Second West-to-East Gas Pipeline, and achieved a sound drainage effect, which can used as a reference for similar large-scale drainage systems.
