机械清除法解决管道水合物堵塞的工程实践

Practice in mechanical method to remove hydrate blockage of gas pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对苏里格气田采用的湿气集输工艺,对水合物的几种防治方法进行研究和对比,包括加热法、逐级节流法、添加热力学抑制剂、机械清除法。结果表明:通过现场试验,在完全掌握水合物冻堵时间规律的基础上,使用机械清除法既可以避免卡阻问题,又能有效清除水合物,防止管道冻堵,且该方法具有直接、彻底、易操作、无污染、经济等优点。基于管道运行中水合物的生成规律,提出了以机械清除法为主的水合物防治方法,并就工艺装置的改造提出建议。

     

    Abstract: For the wet gas gathering process used in Sulige Gasfield, research and comparison are carried out on several control methods of hydrate, including heating methods, stepping throttling, thermodynamic inhibitors injection, and mechanical removal methods. The results from site test indicated that on the basis of fully mastering hydrate frozen blockage time laws, the mechanical method can avoid blocking and effectively remove the hydrates and prevent the frozen blocks, with advantages such as directness, thoroughness, being easily operable, being pollution-free, and economic value. Based on the law of hydrate formation in pipeline operations, hydrate control methods based on mechanical methods are proposed, and recommendations on the process transform are made.
