Abstract:
By development research of warning response technology at home and abroad, and combined with analysis of warning response cases of meteorological and geological disasters in inland long-distance oil and gas pipelines, a series of methods in resources preparation of repair, warning issue and grading response are proposed. Warning signals are divided by the method into three levels based on severity and emergency degree of long-distance oil and gas pipeline events, namely yellow, orange and red, and appropriate warning response requirements are developed. In the paper, warning technology is integrated into the repair system to further improve enterprise's emergency response capacity.
