在线检测技术在旋风分离器性能评价中的应用

Application of on-line detection technique in the performance evaluation of cyclone separator

  • 摘要: 利用高压天然气管道内粉尘在线检测装置于2008年和2009年对国内某天然气管道计量站内多管旋风分离器性能进行评价。2008年的检测结果表明:该站旋风分离器效率过低,平均效率仅为62.4%。基于检测结果,分析了旋风分离器效率偏低的原因,并提出旋风分离设备的选型依据。该站于2009年更换了旋风分离器,更换后旋风分离器分离效率提高到90.6%,除尘效果明显。高压天然气管道内粉尘在线检测装置能够实现对天然气管道内粉尘的在线检测,具有安全可靠、实时性好、精度高的特点,可指导分离过滤设备的性能评价和选型。

     

    Abstract: Performance evaluation for multi-cyclone separator in some inland metering station of natural gas pipeline with on-line detection device in high-pressure gas pipelines was carried out in 2008 and 2009. 2008' s report showed that the cyclone separator in this station had low efficiency, with an average efficiency of only 62.4%. Based on this report, the authors analyzed the cause of low efficiency for the cyclone separator, and proposed the basis in type selection of cyclone separator. The cyclone separator was replaced with a new one in 2009, and theseparation efficiency of the new cyclone separator increased to 90.6%, with better dust removal effect. Dust on-line detection devices in high pressure gas pipelines can realize on-line detection of dust in gas pipeline with safety, reliability and good real-time performance and high precision, which can provide a guidance to performance evaluation and type selection of separation and filtration equipments.
