Reliability evaluation of dendritic gas pipeline network

  • 摘要: 基于天然气管网可靠度的概念,将图论中的最大流可靠度和基于阈级的单元重要度引入树枝状输气管网系统可靠性的分析,得到了求解输气管网系统可靠性指标——可靠度的数学模型,并将之用于对输气管网系统进行可靠性评估。结合苏里格气田苏10井区集输管网实例,阐述了该方法的具体应用步骤。分析了影响管网系统可靠度的主要因素,指出:管网系统可靠度计算正确与否严重依赖于组成系统各单元可靠度数据的准确性;管网的拓扑结构和管段单元重要度对管网系统可靠度的影响较大,愈是靠近汇点的管段,其单元重要度愈高;基于阈级的单元重要度对管网系统可靠度的反映并不完美,尚须引入其他可靠性指标;在选择气田集输管网方案时,必须综合考虑工艺可行、经济节约和方案可靠等多方面因素。

     

    Abstract: Based on the reliability concept of gas pipeline network, the maximum flow reliability in the graph theory and threshold level-based unit importance are introduced into the analysis of reliability of dendritic gas pipeline network system in order to obtain a mathematical model for resolving reliability as the reliability indicator of gas pipeline networks, which is used to evaluate the reliability of gas pipeline network system. Combined with the gathering network case, No.10 well field in Sulige Gasfield, Sudan, specific application steps of this method are elaborated, and the main factors affecting the reliability of pipeline network systems are analyzed. It is pointed out that the correctness of reliability calculation for pipeline network systems strongly depends on the accuracy of reliability data of units constituted the systems. The impacts of pipeline network topological structures and importance of pipe section units on reliability of pipeline network systems are larger, and the pipe section closer to the convergence point is subject to the higher unit importance. The expression of the threshold levelbased unit importance in the reliability of pipeline network systems is not perfect and other reliability indicators are required. When the plan for gathering pipeline network is selected, process availability, economy, program reliability and other factors shall be considered comprehensively.
