Abstract:
Germany, as a large consumer of natural gas in the world and the most important transit country for natural gas transmission in Europe, its natural gas transmission/distribution system has entered a mature stage after years of development. The structure of the natural gas supply chain in Germany is described, main gas suppliers and pipeline operators in the current market are combed and the market structure and operation mode of natural gas networks in Germany are shown. Natural gas storage and transmission systems in Germany are introduced systematically, important long-distance pipelines in its territory and European gas transmission trunks in transit are paid focal descriptions and underground gas storage's development status quo and future plan are outlined. Development status quo and future trends of natural gas transmission and distribution in developed countries are displayed, which can provide references to future development of China's natural gas industry.
