Development trend of China's gas pipeline and relevant technical problems

  • 摘要: 通过增大管径或压力提高天然气管道的输送效率,成为天然气管道工业的发展方向,国内外天然气管道正在向1 422 mm管径或12 MPa以上压力发展。分析了现有制管、设备、施工、设计方法、运行要求等方面存在的制约因素,针对性地提出改善措施和建议。重点讨论了国内外X100钢级管线钢的研究应用现状,以及制约其大规模工业应用的关键问题,提出研究应用建议,指出在设计中应引入基于可靠性的设计和评价方法,以适应大管径、高压力、高钢级管道建设的需要。

     

    Abstract: Increasing pipe diameter or pressure to improve transmission efficiency of the natural gas pipeline has become a developmental trend of gas pipeline industry, and gas pipelines at home and abroad are towards a pipe diameter of 1422 mm or pressure above 12 MPa. Given this background, this paper presents the constraints in pipe manufacture, equipments, construction, design method, operation requirements and other aspects, and puts forward some measures and recommendations. Discussions focus on current conditions of research and application of X100 steel pipe at home and abroad, also the existing critical problems restricting large-scale industrial application, and applied research recommendations are given. It is pointed out that the reliability-based design and evaluation method shall be introduced to meet the requirements of construction for large diameters, high pressure and high grade steel pipeline.
