用定积分方法求解倾斜偏转卧式储油罐容积

Definite integral to solve the volume of tilted and deflected horizontal tank

  • 摘要: 使用定积分方法推导了小椭圆形储油罐和实际储油罐分别在无变位和发生倾斜偏转变位两种情况下的容积计算公式,并通过最小二乘法识别变位参数。根据2010年全国大学生数学建模竞赛A题数据,分别计算了两类储油罐倾斜偏转变位后的罐容表。通过分析储油罐变位前后罐容表的变化规律,明确了纵向倾斜对储油罐罐容表的影响比横向倾斜更显著,证实了储油罐变位后储油体积的近似算法稳定可行。研究结果对加强油品计量和损耗管理具有积极作用,体现了工程应用价值和普遍意义。

     

    Abstract: Based on definite integral method, the formula to calculate the volume of small ellipse oil tank and actual oil tank under the respective condition of displacement-free and displacement of tilt and deflection is deduced, and the displacement parameters are identified by least squares. Based on the data in Title A of China Undergraduate Mathematical Contest in Modeling (CUMCM) 2010, the tank capacity table of two above oil tanks after displacement of tilt and deflection are calculated. By analyzing the tank capacity change principle before and after the displacement, the obvious influence of longitudinal tilt on the tank capacity table of oil storage tank is confirmed, which prove that the approximate algorithm of oil volume is stable and feasible after the displacement. The research result provides positive effect in strengthening of oil metering and loss management, which reflects the general significance and application value in the engineering.
