管道气象与地质灾害预警技术及其应用

Meteorological and geological disaster warning technology and its application in pipelines

  • 摘要: 每年汛期是我国地质灾害的高发期,严重威胁我国上万公里管道及附属设备的运行安全。对管道气象与地质灾害预警技术进行研究,通过采用信息化技术,将预警分类及响应标准固化到气象与地质灾害预警系统中,实现了预警信息的收集、发布、共享、通知的集成。同时通过多种传递方式,实现了灾害预警信息的直达传送,使基层单位的生产人员能够在第一时间掌握所属企业的受灾害影响程度。以管道气象与地质灾害预警系统的实例应用,验证了该技术的应用效果。

     

    Abstract: Annual flood season is the peak period of geological disasters in China, with a serious threat to the safe operations of pipelines and ancillary equipment. Research has been done on the meteorological and geological disaster warning technology of pipelines. By using information technology, warning categories and response standards are applied in the meteorological and geological disaster warning system to achieve the integration of collection, publishing, sharing, and notification of warning information. Meanwhile, the direct transmission of disaster warning information is realized via a variety of transmission methods to make pipeline operators able to quickly grasp the disaster impacts. Application examples in the meteorological and geological disaster warning system of pipelines verify the effectiveness of this technology's application.
