Capital optimization in the construction of pipeline

  • 摘要: 长输管道建设的初始投资总费用可以划分为管道成本费用和压缩机成本费用,明确管道成本费用与管道内径的关系、压缩机成本费用与压缩机功率的关系后,通过建立数学模型对初始投资总费用进行优化。基于管道、压缩机、气源等的相关参数,运用PipePhase软件建立相应的数学模型,利用软件的优化功能对模型进行优化分析,得出两种优化结果,并对比分析二者的优劣,最终得出结论:在管道初始设计中考虑管道的后期操作费用,可以提高管道建设运营的总体效益。

     

    Abstract: The total costs of initial investment for long-distance pipeline constructions can be divided into pipeline cost and compressor cost. Optimizing the initial investment by mathematical modeling can be made after the relationship between the pipeline cost and pipeline inner diameter, and compressor cost and compressor power are conformed. Based on the relevant parameters of pipeline, compressors and air sources, relevant mathematical models are set up by PipePhase software and optimization analysis on the model is carried out by the optimization function of the software. Two different results are gained from the analysis, and the final conclusion can be drawn by contrasting them, that is, putting the later-stage running costs into the initial design of pipeline can enhance the overall benefits in the construction and operation of pipeline.
