基于云模型的节能项目综合评价方法

Comprehensive evaluation method of energy saving project based on cloud model

  • 摘要: 节能项目评价是节能工作的重要内容。通过分析总结影响节能项目的因素,应用云理论中的云综合评判法对这些因素做出评价,得出的节能项目水平评价结果以云模型结果呈现,能够分析节能项目的薄弱环节,进一步指导节能项目建设。介绍了节能项目及其评价指标、云模型的数字特征和综合云的算法。通过建立二级指标的综合云模型、评语集的云模型等,将节能项目水平的评价结果以概率分布的形式给出。经实例证实,该模型的评价结果直观、可靠,对节能项目评价具有重要的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: The evaluation of energy saving project is an important part of energy saving work. By analyzing and summarizing the factors affecting the energy saving project and evaluating them by means of cloud comprehensive evaluation methods in cloud theory, the obtained evaluation results of energy saving project are shown by the cloud model results, which can analyze the weak links in energy saving project and further guide the development of energy saving project. Energy saving project and their evaluation indicators, numerical characteristics of cloud model, and integrated cloud algorithms are introduced. Relying on building the integrated cloud model of Level 2 indicators, cloud model of comment sets, etc., the evaluation results of energy saving project levels are given in the form of probability distribution. It is confirmed by examples that the evaluation results of the model are intuitive and reliable with an important guiding significance in energy saving project evaluation.
