Abstract:
The evaluation of energy saving project is an important part of energy saving work. By analyzing and summarizing the factors affecting the energy saving project and evaluating them by means of cloud comprehensive evaluation methods in cloud theory, the obtained evaluation results of energy saving project are shown by the cloud model results, which can analyze the weak links in energy saving project and further guide the development of energy saving project. Energy saving project and their evaluation indicators, numerical characteristics of cloud model, and integrated cloud algorithms are introduced. Relying on building the integrated cloud model of Level 2 indicators, cloud model of comment sets, etc., the evaluation results of energy saving project levels are given in the form of probability distribution. It is confirmed by examples that the evaluation results of the model are intuitive and reliable with an important guiding significance in energy saving project evaluation.
