天然气长输管道冰堵的防治与应急处理

Ice plug control and emergency treatment for long-distance gas pipeline

  • 摘要: 随着西气东输二线的全线投产,输气管道和分输场站的冰堵问题日益突出。如何采取有效措施防止冰堵现象的出现,以及冰堵发生后应采取怎样的紧急应对措施,成为西气东输管道公司亟待解决的生产实际问题。工程实践表明:在调压撬前对天然气加热或在易冰堵管段安装电伴热带,以确保天然气的流动温度或调压撬后的气体温度保持在天然气水露点以上,是避免冰堵产生的常用方法;天然气加热和注醇是较常用的冰堵处理方法,而通过向管道冰堵处喷淋热水和蒸汽加热是最简便易行的冰堵处理方法。

     

    Abstract: With the commissioning of the 2nd West-to-East Gas Pipeline, ice plug problems in the trunk line and offtake stations become increasingly prominent. Effective measures in preventing the ice plug and emergency response measures are in urgent need in the Pipeline Company. The engineering practices indicate that the best method to control the ice plug is to heat the gas in the front end of pressure regulating skids or by electric heating belts in the pipe sections vulnerable to ice plug, or keep the flowing temperature of gas or the gas temperature in the back end of the pressure regulating skids above the water dew point of natural gas; other methods also includes gas heating and alcohol injections. The authors consider that hot water pouring and steam heating to the ice plug are the most simple and practical treatment methods for ice plug removal.
