高压油气管道L-O-R法兰塞柄带压拆除方法

In-line pull-down method of L-O-R flange's handle for high-pressure oil & gas pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对在役管道的运行要求,为降低管道风险、减少经济损失、避免环境污染,对不停输带压(最高压力10 MPa)条件下拆除油气管道L-O-R法兰内部塞柄的技术进行研究。根据计算和试验结果,制定了磁力钻定位和打孔、阀门安装、塞柄泄漏程度检查、开孔机安装及塞柄拆除等施工工艺,给出了每一施工步骤的详细操作方法和要求。在华南地区某管道带压拆除塞柄工程中的应用效果表明:该技术安全可靠,可操作性强,避免了管道长时间停输和放空,具有较好的经济性和应用前景。

     

    Abstract: In allusion to running requirements of in-service pipeline and reduce pipeline safety risk, decrease economic loss and avoid environmental pollution, the technology in in-line demolishing L-O-R (Lock-O-Ring) flange's handle of oil & gas pipeline at 10 MPa (maximum pressure) is researched. According to calculation and experiment results, a comprehensive work process is formulated, including magnetic drill location and drilling, valve installation, checking of handle's leakage degree, tapping machine installation and handle demolishing. Detailed work method and requirements of every step are also presented. The work done in a pipeline in Southern China area showed that this technology was safe, reliable and operable. The method is considered that long-time shut-down and venting for pipeline can be avoided and has a good application prospects.
