长输管道增压输送工艺计算的若干问题

Process calculation issues of boosting transmission for long-distance gas pipeline

  • 摘要: 长输管道增压输送工艺计算中需对不同方案进行技术和经济比选,分析计算过程涉及的参数众多且相互影响,是个费时费力的系统工程。通过管道气体最佳流速初选管径的方法可以展开管道的其他工艺计算,如两个中间压气站之间进行不同管径管道的增压压比和站间距的比选、压缩机功率计算、压缩机出口气体温度计算等。同时,在压缩机轴功率计算中,提出了压气站离心式压缩机轴功率计算的简化公式,对压缩机出口气体温度的计算公式进行了修正。工程实践证明,该计算方法简便实用,计算结果具有较高的准确度。

     

    Abstract: Technical and economic comparison and selection must be done during the process calculation of boosting transmission for long-distance gas pipeline, which is a time-consuming system engineering due to the numerous and interplayed parameters involved in its analysis and calculation process. The method on the initial pipe diameter chosen by gas flowrate can be used to expand other process calculations, for instance, the calculation in pressure ratio comparison/selection and station spacing for different pipe diameters between two intermediate compressor stations, shaft power of compressor and outlet gas temperature of compressor, etc.. At the same time, a simplified formula for shaft power calculation of centrifugal compressor is proposed, and the formula for outlet gas temperature of compressor is amended.Engineering practice has proved that the calculation method mentioned above is simple for application, and the calculation result has sound accuracy.
