钢管脐带缆拉伸行为的有限元分析

Finite element analysis for steel tube umbilical cable under axial tension

  • 摘要: 钢管脐带缆是由多种功能单元螺旋缠绕组成的复合结构,用于连接上部浮式设施与水下生产系统。基于ANSYS有限元软件,采用梁单元模拟构件,建立钢管脐带缆的三维有限元数值模型,研究受拉伸荷载的脐带缆在自由端可发生扭转和不可发生扭转两种约束条件下的变形行为,并与解析理论解进行对比。在有限元模型中,通过在脐带缆相邻构件之间设置线线接触模拟其相互作用,并通过设置库伦摩擦,弥补解析方法不能考虑构件之间相互接触、摩擦作用的不足,计算效率得到显著提高。有限元方法和解析方法的计算结果吻合很好,验证了有限元数值模型的准确性,为脐带缆其他荷载行为如弯曲、挤压等作用下的变形规律研究奠定了基础。

     

    Abstract: Steel tube umbilical cable is consisted of multi-functional-unit spirally-wound composite structure, it is used in connecting the facilities and underwater production system. Based on ANSYS software, 3D finite element numerical model is established using beam element simulation components for the purpose of studying the deformation of the cable under tensile load for its free end in the constraint conditions of twist and non-twist, and comparing the research results with the analytical theory solutions. In the finite element model, it can make up the deficiency of the friction between components by imitating interaction which is completed by setting line-line touch in adjacent components of steel tube umbilical cable and setting Coulomb friction. The computation efficiency is improved greatly. The numerical results agree well with the analytical methods and the finite element method lays the foundation for the deformation law research on other steel tube umbilical cable under bending, squeezing, et al.
