Abstract:
An amination copolymer-based thinner for super-viscous crude oil is developed according to the components of super-viscous crude oil. This thinner is used in the sample of Liaohe Super-viscous Crude. The viscosity-temperature property of the Crude with thinner is investgated. At the same time, the viscosity-temperature prediction model at different shear velocity is built and verified. Results show that this thinner, due to the similar structure with super-viscous crude oil, makes the crude system diffcult to form a group gathering structure within itself, and the dispersibility is obviously improved. Hence, the average thinning rate reached to 55%, the highest above 85%. The exponent correlation of viscosity-temperature prediction model is proved to be well by the model regression and calculation. The correlation coefficient of prediction regression model reached to 0.988. It is consierded that the model can be used to more correctly evaluate the viscosity-temperature property and flow behavior of crude oil at low temperature, and can provide a theory basis to the research of flowing property of super-viscous crude oil system at low temperature.
