储罐外加电流阴极保护在立沙储运油库的应用

Application of impressed current cathodic protection technology in Lisha tankfarm

  • 摘要: 油库储罐外加电流阴极保护系统结构:网状阳极采用混合金属氧化物带状阳极与钛金属连接片交叉焊接组成的外加电流阴极保护辅助阳极;每个储罐均安装由硫酸铜参比电极和高纯锌参比电极组成的双参比电极6对,并在罐外安装一支硫酸铜备用参比电极;填料由75% 石膏粉(CaSO4•2H2O)、20%膨润土、5%工业硫酸钠组成;阴极和阳极电缆线经由接线箱接入阴保间内的恒电位仪,通过IHF数控高频开关恒电位仪对整个系统进行调控。以立沙油库储罐为例,介绍了其外加电流阴极保护系统的构成、参数设定及应用效果。该系统可以大大延长储罐的使用寿命,且具有持久、高效、安全、节能、可监控性等优点。

     

    Abstract: The impressed current cathodic protection system applied in tankfarm depot includes the following characteristics: anode bed, composed of a mixed metal oxide anode mesh ribbon anode and cross-weld titanium plates; a dual reference electrode, consisted of CSE and highpurity zinc reference electrode; filler composed of 75% gypsum powder (CaSO4 • 2H2O), 20% bentonite and 5% sodium sulfate; cathode and anode cables passing through the junction box are connected to potentiostat. The system output is controlled by a digital high-frequency switch in IHF potentiostat. The impressed current CP system applied in Lisa Tankfarm shows that the system can greatly extend the lifetime of the tank with duration, high efficiency, safety, energy saving and controllability.
