油田井口降回压工艺中的节气与余气回收

Residual gas recovery in the back-pressure dropping technique of wellhead oil

  • 摘要: 油田降回压工艺中的井口简易水套炉存在耗水量大、能耗高、换热率低等缺点,通过应用高沸点超导液和新型换热管道加热炉对井口简易水套炉进行技术改造。针对油井产出液进多功能罐技术存在的天然气放空损失大等问题,采用多功能罐余气回收、套管气进计量站系统、边缘井天然气压缩机回收等技术加以有效解决。经实例验证,这些技术对油田井口降回压工艺中的节气与余气回收效果良好,投资少,可获得较好的社会效益和经济效益。

     

    Abstract: In back-pressure dropping technique in oilfield, water bathed heater of wellhead works with high consumption of water/power and low rate of heat exchange. Therefore, a technical modification on the traditional water bathed heater of wellhead is made by applying high boiling point superconductive liquid and new type heat exchange heater. Aiming at the high loss in gas venting in multifunction tank stored products, several techniques such as residential gas recovery of multifunctional tank, cased gas inputting system, flank well compressor recovery areadopted to solve those problems. Proved by real engineering project, this technique is beneficial to the residual gas recovery with backpressure dropping technique for the wellhead of oilfield with low cost and high economic and social benefits.
