加气母站前置脱水装置运行需注意的问题

Problems in the operation of pre-dewaterer in CNG filling station

  • 摘要: 针对即墨加气母站Dngz-6500/1.6型低压前置脱水装置运行中出现的各类故障,从降低损耗、设备选型与运行方式、重要参数选择、部件维护及配套设施施工等关键问题进行分析,提出在减压、再生和自动排污过程中降低天然气损耗的具体方法;通过选择半自动方式或调整工作再生周期确保其有效性;合理调整设备再生温度、吸附时间、排污周期和补气与泄气压力等控制参数,达到脱水和降低能耗的双重目的;针对气动薄膜阀、电磁阀、罗茨鼓风机、加热器等设备的工作特点,应加强其维护保养;合理布置影响脱水装置正常工作的配套管道和数据传输线,消除脱水装置运行过程中的干扰因素。通过整改,脱水装置天然气损耗降低,运行正常,满足实际生产需要。

     

    Abstract: In allusion to the faults happened in the operation of the Dngz-6500/1.6 low-pressure pre-dewaterer in Jimo CNG Primary Filling Station, the paper analyzes the causes in aspects of reducing power consumption, equipment selection and running mode, key parameter selection, component maintenance and installation of supporting facility, etc., and presents some specific approaches in lowering CNG loss in the process of depressure, regeneration and automatic discharge, including to choose the semi-automatic mode or adjusting the regeneration period to guarantee the effectiveness, reasonably adjust the control parameters in regeneration temperature, adsorption time, discharge period, loading/unloading to obtain a good effectiveness in dewatering and loss reducing; launch the maintenance and care over all parts and components for pneumatic film valve, magnetic valve, Roots blower, heater and some other components in the light of their operation charaacteristics; rationally lay out the matching tube networks and data lines with the dewaterer to eliminate the interference factors in the running process of dewaterer. Relying on these measures, CNG loss of dewaterer is reduced.
