剪切历史对西部管道外输吐哈油物性的影响

The effects of shear history on the physical properties of TuHa Oils in West Pipelines

  • 摘要: 针对目前西部原油管道冬季运行特点,对管输加剂吐哈油经管流剪切和过泵高速剪切后的物性变化规律进行研究,结果表明:吐哈油经加剂综合热处理后凝点显著降低,可以满足鄯善首站的外输要求,但油流经历沿线温降、管流剪切和过泵高速剪切到达玉门站时,进站凝点明显升高;沿线加剂吐哈油的物性取决于其所处的温度区间、经历管流剪切过程中管流剪切力和蜡晶分子间力的相对大小以及经历过泵高速剪切前后蜡晶分子结构力的相对大小;其中,翠岭-安西站间油流温度低于12 ℃,管流剪切和过泵高速剪切对加剂吐哈油的凝点影响较大,使其凝点上升、物性变差。

     

    Abstract: According to the operation characteristics of West Crude Oil Pipelines in winter, the change laws of the PPD added oils′ physical properties via pipe flow shear and pump shear are studied. The results show that the set points have been significantly lowered, which can meet the needs of Shanshan Initial Station in export transportation. However, their set points are remarkably increased when they travel at Yumen Station after temperature drop, pipe flow shear and pump shear. The physical properties of TuHa Oils with PPD depend on ambient temperature interval, relative strength between the shear force of pipe flow during shearing and wax crystal molecules, and the relative strength of wax crystal molecules before and after shearing. The temperature of oil flow between Cuiling Station and Anxi Station is blow 12 ℃, pipe flow shear and pump shear force has big effect on PPD-added TuHa Oils, which makes its set point increase and physical property worse.
