天然气超声波计量系统性能的影响因素

Influence factors of gas ultrasonic metering system's performance

  • 摘要: 超声波流量计量系统在量程比、可靠性、重复性、计量准确度、压力损失和日常维护等方面具有明显优势,成为大流量、高压力天然气计量的首选计量仪表。但该系统的计量准确度常受众多因素影响,从超声波计量系统的工作原理和现场应用出发,分析了控制阀噪声、仪表和上游直管段内壁的脏污、天然气的组成以及在线色谱仪和温度、压力变送器测量准确度对超声波流量计量系统准确度的影响,指出在工程应用过程中,应做好超声波流量计的检测维护工作,消除工艺安装条件的影响,并确保相关仪表的准确度。

     

    Abstract: The ultrasonic flow metering system has obvious superiority in span ratio, reliability, repeatability, metering accuracy, pressure loss and maintenance strength. It has been the preferred metering instrument in large-scale flow and high-pressure natural gas metering. However, this system′s accuracy is usually influenced by many factors. Based on working principle and field application of ultrasonic metering system, some influence factors in ultrasonic flow metering system′s accuracy are analyzed including the effect of control valve noise, dirt in the inner wall of instrument and upstream straight pipeline, components of natural gas and metering accuracy of online chromatograph, temperature transmitter and pressure transmitter. It is also pointed out that checking and maintaining the ultrasonic flowmeter, reducing the influence of process installation conditions and insuring accuracy for relative instruments should be done well in field application.
