国内外油气管道设计标准的比较

Differences in the МАГИСТРАЛЬНЫЕ ТРУБОПРО-ВОДЫ and GB 50251/GB 50253 for the design of oil and gas pipelines

  • 摘要: 俄罗斯标准《干线管道设计规范/МАГИСТРАЛЬНЫЕ ТРУБОПРО-ВОДЫ》在选线原则、埋地敷设要求、管道穿越和架空敷设等方面拥有较先进的理念和较细致的规定,针对多种具体情况直接给出了具有较强指导性和操作性的施工方案和设计参数,如管道埋深、构筑施工带、冻土区设计资料、补偿纵向位移等。将该标准与国内强制执行的工程设计标准GB 50251和GB 50253进行全面对比和分析,识别出前者的先进之处并予以借鉴,对提高国内油气管道的设计和完整性管理水平、降低运营维护成本具有重大意义。

     

    Abstract: Russian МАГИСТРАЛЬНЫЕ ТРУБОПРО-ВОДЫ has detailed specifications in pipeline route determination, buried laying of pipe and crossing/overhead crossing of pipeline, and gives available and operative construction scheme and parameters to the designer as pipe buried depth, setup of pipeline corridor, design information of frozen soil, longitudinal displacement compensation, et al. Comparison on the differences between it and China GB 50251 and GB 50253 is made so as to keep the valuables for future use, which is of great significance to improve the design and integrity management for domestic oil & gas pipelines to cut down the costs in running and maintenance of pipelines.
