  • 摘要: 赣江定向钻穿越是丰城-鹰潭段输气管道的控制性工程之一,工程包括河床和滩地两次穿越,管径大,距离长,穿越地层地质复杂。为了解决复杂地质条件河流的穿越问题,基于定向钻技术现有经验,对钻进工艺参数和泥浆系统参数进行了深入计算、分析和研究,基于两种非开挖技术夯套管隔离卵石和水平导向孔对接技术的各自特点,将二者结合应用,成功实现穿越。

     

    Abstract: Ganjiang River directional drilling crossing is one of key and bottleneck projects of Fengcheng-Yingtan Gas Pipeline. The project includes two crossings in riverbed and bottomland with large-diameter, long-distance and complicated crossing stratum and geology. In order to deal with the technical issues of river crossing under complicated geology conditions, drilling process parameters and slurry system parameters are computed, analyzed and researched deeply based on the existing experiences in directional drilling technology. Combined with two kinds of trenchless technologies, tamping bushing isolation pebble and the intersection of horizontal pilot holes, the crossing is realized successfully based on the respective characteristic of the two technologies.
