单管通球工艺及其在大庆油田的应用可行性

Single pipe pigging technology and its application feasibility in Daqing Oilfield

  • 摘要: 相比于单管环状掺水和电加热工艺,单管通球工艺可以在一定程度上降低能耗。基于成熟的单管通球工艺,开展了高寒地区单管通球工艺应用研究。通过分析大庆油田某区块单井产液量、井口出油温度、含水率和井口回压等参数,验证了该工艺在大庆油田应用的可行性。在敖古拉油田开展了工艺应用前期试验,结果表明:合理安排通球周期,该工艺可应用于高寒地区较高产量的油井;以齐家油田为例,通过水力计算验证了该工艺在低产油田的应用可行性。单管通球工艺在高寒地区油田中的应用,对于进一步优化集输工艺、节能降耗具有一定的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: Compared with the annular blending water and electric heating techniques for single pipe, single pipe pigging technique can lower the energy consumption in some extent. Based on mature single pipe pigging technique, single pipe pigging technique in severe cold area is developed. From the analysis of single well liquid production, oil temperature of wellhead, water content, wellhead back pressure and other parameters in one of blocks in Daqing Oilfield, the feasibility of this technique in Daqing Oilfield is verified. Pre-experiment conducted in Aogula Oilfield shows that if pigging period is well arranged, this technique can be applied to the high productivity well in severe cold area. Taking the Qijia Oilfield as an example, the feasibility of this technique in low productivity oilfield is verified by means of hydrodynamic calculation. The application of single pipe pigging technique has a certain guiding significance in further optimizing gathering/transferring process and energy saving/power consumption.
