Application of GIS-based dynamic index management in gas pipeline risk assessment

  • 摘要: 为了增强燃气管道风险评价系统的可移植性,基于GIS和XML存储燃气管道失效动态指标数据管理技术,以ArcGIS为开发平台,设计并实现了燃气管道风险评价系统。系统主要由管道数据库管理、管道失效指标动态管理、风险性评价和统计分析4部分组成,具有数据输入与输出、查询统计结果、空间分析等功能,可依据建立的风险评价数学模型对管网进行半定量风险评估,实现对特定区域内管道风险的分等定级,从而为风险预警和事故应急预案的编制提供辅助决策依据。

     

    Abstract: In order to increase the portability for the risk assessment system of gas pipeline, based on GIS and XML and taking ArcGIS as a development platform, a gas pipeline risk evaluation system is established. The system is composed of pipeline database management, pipeline failure index dynamic management, risk assessment and statistical analysis. This system includes data input and output, query statistics, spatial analysis and other functions, can provide a semi-quantitative risk assessment based on as-built mathematical model of pipeline risk assessment, determine the risk class for the given zone pipeline, so as to provide the decision-making support to the risk alarm and establish accident emergency response plan.
