聚丙烯酸高碳醇酯原油降凝剂的结晶特性
Crystallization Characteristics of Higher Alcohol Acrylate as Pour Point Depressant

摘要: 原油降凝剂的结晶性能对降凝剂的作用效果影响较大。应用差示扫描量热(DSC)法对聚丙烯酸高碳醇酯原油降凝剂(PA)的结晶特性进行了实验研究, 结果表明: 随PA降凝剂烷基侧链长度的增长, 结晶性能明显提高; PA降凝剂结晶性能与其分子质量的大小无关; 单位质量降凝剂在溶液中的结晶放热量远小于其熔体的单位质量结晶放热量, 但随溶液浓度的变化量较小。Abstract: The crystallization characteristics of crude oil pour point depressant(PA)has a serious influence on its performance.Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)is applied to study the crystallization characteristics of PA.The results show that the performance is obviously enhanced with the increase of alkyl side chain.The molecular weight has nothing to do with the crystallization characteristics.The released heat in solvent per PA mass is far smaller than that of the melt,while the concentration of the solvent is not serious.
