合成油气-循环气换热器腐蚀失效分析

Corrosion Failure Analysis of Synthetic Hydrocarbon-Recycle Gas Heat Exchanger

  • 摘要: 针对合成油气-循环气换热器的腐蚀问题, 对换热器的腐蚀部位进行目视检查、超声检测和金相观察, 并利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)及能谱仪(EDX)等对腐蚀部位的微观组织和形貌进行分析。结果表明: 换热器腐蚀失效的主要原因是合成油气在管子进口端发生了冷凝腐蚀, 产生酸性腐蚀环境, 造成管子进口处局部腐蚀严重。

     

    Abstract: For the corrosion problem of synthetic hydrocarbon-recycle gas heat exchanger,the corrosion region of heat exchanger was checked by ultrasonic detection,visual and metallographic observation,and was analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and energy dispersive spectrometer(EDX).The results showed that the main reason of the corrosion failure was the condensation of synthesis hydrocarbon in inlet side of the pipe,where a corrosive acid environment was formed,which caused seriously local corrosion at the inlet side of the pipe.
