Application of Smartball Drifting Leak Detection System in Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: Smartball自漂流式检漏系统由主机、智能球、声音接收器(SBR)及接收器(AGM)组成, 工作原理是利用其内部集成的声音传感器收集管道泄漏时产生的低频声波信号, 该信号大小与泄漏处的泄漏流速大小成比例。通过内部集成的计时器和速度计测算出的数据, 可以确定缺陷的位置, 在管道上方放置管道内置的GPS模块的AGM, 可有效提高泄漏的定位精度。2009年9月15日, 于花格线中灶火-格尔木段进行了Smartball的现场应用, 在距Smartball发射端70499m处发现1个泄漏孔, 泄漏量为0.5L/min, 将探测结果与管道泄漏点的实际位置进行核对, 定位误差仅为2m。实践证明, 该系统能够有效地对管道中存在的微小泄漏进行检测和定位, 具有适应性强、检漏精度高、使用方便、效率高等特点。

     

    Abstract: Smartball drifting leak detection system is composed of host,smartball.voice receiver(SBR)and receiver(AGM).The systems working principle is that the voice sensor integrated in it is to used to collect the low-frequency sound wave signals of pipe leakage.Because the magnitude of the signal is proportional to the velocity of leakage rate,therefore the leakage position will be determined,and through AGM of built-in GPS module installed above pipeline,leak positioning accuracy is effectively improved.On September 15th.2009.the Smartball system was applied in Zhong Zaohuo-Golmud Section of Huatugou-Golmud Oil Pipeline.A leak hole was found at a distance of 70 499 m from the transmitting terminal of Smartball system,appearing a 0.5L/min of leakage rate.Verification on the detection results and actual position of pipeline leak showed that positioning error was only 2 m.It has been found that this system could effectively detect and locate the tiny leakage in pipeline with high adaptability.high detection precision,easy to use and high efficiency.
