SPS管道仿真系统在靖边-咸阳管道的应用

Application of SPS Simulator in Jingbian-Xianyang Pipeline

  • 摘要: 靖边-咸阳(靖咸)管道沿线地形复杂, 运行管理难度较大。以Stoner公司的SPS软件为基础, 采用ADL和VB等语言进行联合开发, 建立了符合靖咸原油长输管道实际的管道模型, 可对启停泵、启停加热炉、并泵、加剂等工艺操作进行动态模拟, 按照实际流程参数模拟管道从瞬态到稳态过程管道压力、温度及流量随时间的变化情况, 实现了对工艺调整全过程的动态模拟。对靖咸管道水击工况的模拟结果表明: 杨山站干线阀门误关闭20s后, 管段运行压力即超过站内管网设施的允许压力等级。对靖咸管道不加减阻剂情况下的最大输量进行模拟的结果与现场运行参数基本一致。该管道模拟仿真系统能够满足实际工程精度要求, 但仍存在一些问题, 需进一步修改和完善。

     

    Abstract: The operation management of Jingbian-Xianyang(JX)Pipeline has a difficulty due to the complicated topography along the pipeline.Based on the SPS software(Stoner).ADL and VB programming language are applied on development,and a model that coincides with the real pipeline is built.The pump units starting/shutting down,heater starting/shutting down,agents injection could be dynamically simulated.According to the real process parameter,the parameters in pipeline pressure,temperature and throughput are real-time simulated from transient state to steady state.The simulation results of JX Pipeline for surge condition show that the operation pressure would exceed the allowed level in 20 sec after the trunkline valve in Yangshan Station is closed by mistake.The simulated maximum throughput without drag reducing agent is basically identical with the real operation parameter.This pipeline simulation system can meet the demand of practical engineering precision,but still it has some problems to amend.
