  • 摘要: 川气东送管道工程始于川东北普光首站, 止于上海末站, 设计施工难度极大。根据当前管道工程设计思路和原则, 对整体设计进行优化。选用Stoner Pipeline Si mulator软件和PipelineStudio软件进行管网、压缩机、储气调峰的工艺优化计算; 通过地图勾线、Google Earth验证、DEM数据和卫星遥感技术进行选线; 结合生产实际, 采用成套技术对管道强度和稳定性、管道穿跨越、水工保护及水土保持工程设计进行优化; 压气站采用大功率VSDS配电设计, 变电所的布置采用3层结构, 选用可靠的自备电源为阀室供电, 并在电力系统中使用"整体防雷"和高频接地网等技术; 借助SCADA系统实现整个管道的动态管理和自动监控; 贸易交接计量采用计量系统成撬方案; 通信系统则采用MSTP/SDH光通信技术。

     

    Abstract: The Sichuan-East Gas Pipeline connects Puguang Initial Station in Northeast Sichuan and Terminal in Shanghai, And it is extremely difficult to design and construction, Based on the current design ideas and principles of pipeline, the overall design of this pipeline project has been optimized, The processing optimization computation of pipeline network, compressor, storage and peak-shaving have been carried out by Stoner Pipeline Simulator and Pipeline Studio, The process of route selection is made by means of painting line on the map, using Google Earth to validate, and using DEM data and satellite remote sensing technology, Based on the actualities in pipeline operation, all the engineering design of pipe strength and stability, pipeline crossing and spanning, hydrotechnological protection, soil and water conservation have been optimized through the integrated technology, Design optimization on power system is that high-power VSDS distribution design is adopted in compressor stations, substations are installed with 3-layer structure, self-contained power with high reliability is chosen to supply valve chamber, and the technolo-gy of "integer protection lightning" and high frequency grounding grid are utilized in power system, etc, The dynamic control and automatic monitoring on the entire pipeline system are carried out by SCADA system, Skid-mounted metering systems are used in custody transfer metering, And the MSTP/SDH optical communication technology is adopted in communication system.
